Position Title: Office Administrator
Reports to: Minister
Hours: 24 hours per week
Mon-Thur 9:00am to 3:30pm with half-hour for lunch
The Office Administrator will coordinate the administrative affairs of Unity of Columbia in order that we can joyfully fulfill our mission statement. Responsibilities include handling mail, email and phone calls, receiving payments and making deposits, paying bills, basic bookkeeping, managing rental contracts, and managing personnel records and membership records.
