Basket Weaving Class

Teacher: Ann McGinity
Learn traditional methods of weaving, and create one small piece--both artful and functional. There will be a variety of materials available, allowing for a range of color and texture options.
No prerequisites necessary.
There are limited spaces available. Payment of $10 (for materials) will confirm your registration for the class. Sign up in the foyer. Payments can be made to Ann McGinity.
The class is given on a Love Offering basis (suggested $15)
Spring Sound Bath
Saturday, May 3, 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Doors open at 12:30pm
Relax, recharge, and realign with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, a deeply meditative practice that uses sound frequencies to promote healing and well-being.
Given on a Love Offering basis: $25 suggested. All proceeds go directly to Unity of Columbia.
Invite your friends! Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a pillow, if you would like to lie down. Chairs will be provided for those who would rather sit.

Donating garden-related items: like-new gardening books, tools and garden gift items. Give to team members on Sunday or leave at the office. Leave pots and planters by the Unity shed or outside the Unity entrance.

Starting plants from seed, taking cuttings and rooting them, dividing perennials and repotting for sale (label all plants). Talk to a team member for help with dividing perennials. Plants for sale will not be accepted until Friday, May 16th.

Volunteering on the team to help with publicity, potting plants for sale, and/or during May 16-18 for set up, helping with the sale, and clean up.

Prayer Chapel
A weekly prayer circle led by our Ministers, Licensed Unity Teachers, and Silent Unity Leaders. A time to check in with others with shared prayer, reflective readings, affirmative healing, and a short meditation. No need to register. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.
Transmission Meditation

No meditation experience necessary, just an open heart and mind, a desire to serve and to deepen your meditation experience. Gentle Healing Yoga
