An event every week that begins at 5:15 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Join teacher Carolyn Mathews for a gentle and healing 90 minutes of self-care. The class is essentially a broad-based Stress Relief class, part of which involves easy yoga. Gentle Healing Yoga is also about offering a warm, open and friendly atmosphere. We encourage positive body imaging and powerful affirmations for each person.
Suggested $10 donation per class.
